Dr. *** Andrew ******************* testing, which we paid $597. I completed the test in March of 2024, and I never received a copy of the results, either paper or electronic copy. Dr. *** called from NO CALLER ID on April 9, 2024 to give verbal test results, and assured he would send the 65 page report, which he never did. He also said based on the test results, he will mail a diet plan to follow. A diet plan. Nothing mentioned about supplements or additional costs. I then received a box of supplements, which I did not want, and I did not order, but was charged $500 for without my consent. I immediately called Dr. *** and asked to return them. I insisted on a refund and a shipping label to return the box of supplements.. He said "how could I expect his services would be free" and "he could have charged $1500 for his 30 minute phone call, but he was doing me a favor." He said the shipping department would get in touch with me for a return. It has been 6 weeks and we have called dozens of times. He has not refunded the money. He has not sent us a shipping label. I've called and gotten shady responses such as "he's on vacation" or "someone from that department is not here right now." I've left my call back number and e-mail several times. Ultimately, Dr. *** is uncooperative, unprofessional, and unethical. Dr. *** is a scam.
