      On November 15 I gave ************************* $3500 which is 50% of what the total job price was. We signed a contract and I never was able to reach him again. He never showed up to do the job hes not answering his phone hes not answering E Mail and now I dont know what to do to get my money back. I dont know what to do. Please help if you need more info please call me anytime. Thank you.

      Hello my name is *************************. I own and operate Journee Construction. We had to walk away from this project due to ***** not allowing my workers to show up to perform work,  repeated harassing calls that i had to get the authorities involved.   I believe it was in best interest for us to walk away from project. I told him i would be issuing him a refund for 2 days labor for picking and returning materials. He has harrassed me and my family to give him the entire payment back but unfortunately we cannot.

      I fired ************************* a week before he sent me an email so I terminated the contract. He told me at that point he would give me a full refund and he had not picked up materials yet he is totally lying about this whole thing. He is doing this to multiple people

      Hello this is ***********************. Just letting you know that I have not received anything from ************************* about this case. He still owes me $3500 that I gave him and he never showed up OK thank you.

      Hello, as previously stated. We never ran away nor did we disappear, yes *************** provided us with a 50% deposit for materials/labor. The day we had scheduled to start *************** did not allow my employees to show up and work, he demanded that i be there for the entirety of the project.  I advised **************** that wasnt part of the agreed planned we had agreed too. He still proceeded to dent my workers. I let him know that he then have to wait until we finished my other projects i had going on. We stayed in communication the entire 3-4 weeks texting back and fourth sending pictures of my projects. Then out of nowhere he decides he doesnt want is to show up and demands i refund him his money. I told him that was not possible, and he proceeded to tell and say vulgar comments to me and one of which was about my life being in danger. So immediately we sent an email informing him that we will be canceling project. And due to the cancellation and lost profits we will recoup some of that from the deposit he gave us. He has not received any for of deposit. We stated that we sent out a check but it was returned to us a a wrong adress.  We are working on sending him a refund of 881.60

      We have recently been in contact and have come up with an agreed repayment amount . I have not received any payment yet but I can let you know when I do and if that happens .

      I have received a payment from Journey Construction and believe in good faith he will be paying the rest of our agreed upon amount . I would like to close this case and have any bad reviews upon this company removed .
