SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES! I received a letter from the auto dealership for their owner refinance/cash-out program. The letter included a specific offer amount for "cash out" on our 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited. They had previously serviced the vehicle so had specific details on the **** condition of the vehicle, its mileage, etc. The letter included specific terms and conditions, all of which were met for the vehicle. When we went to the dealership to take advantage of the offer they refused to honor the amount on the letter and instead offered 20% less, despite the vehicle being in better condition than the minimum terms for the offer on their letter. The offer was also substantially under the ***** Blue Book trade-in value range of the vehicle, which their letter mentions as a reference for their offer pricing. In my opinion this was clearly deceptive on their part, and essentially a bait-and-switch to get people into the dealership.Review from Julie H.

Very good experience working with *************** at Rairdons of Marysville. He sold us a car we found online at the price advertised. Comfortable experience overall without pressure or haggling. It was a transparent and trust worthy experience. Would shop here again. Thank you!Review from T

!!!WARNING READ THIS FIRST, THIS DEALER TAKES ADVANTAGE OF MILITARY MEMBERS!!! In the month of July, I bought 2 vehicles from Raidons. I am Active Duty Sailor in the area and they without a doubt took advantage of me in every way they could. I should have known better than to buy the second one after how they handle my first transaction. DEAL NUMBER "1" I bought the first vehicle early July and I told them at the time I wanted to buy 2 cars that day. They said they couldn't give me anything off the first deal but the second deal they could work better numbers for me, after we closed on the first deal and paperwork was signed, we started to make the second deal and they would only come off $300 of list price. I understand this is "COVID" prices but you would think they would want to build a customer relationship for future sales, NOPE, they want top dollar for every car they buy so don't go here thinking you're going to get a deal. After I told them I didn't want the second car for the price they offered we went on to pick up my first car, they didn't even wash the top of the car when I picked it up. WAIT IT GETS BETTER! After about 3 days after the sale, a salesman called me saying they forgot to have me sign a piece of paperwork, the paperwork they wanted me to sign was a disclosure of a recall they didn't tell me about during time of purchase. I told the salesman I was not going to sign the disclosure due to you sold me the car and then disclosed this to me and the paper read they disclosed it before the sale. I asked if they could revise the paperwork to read that the recall was disclosed after the sale, and the salesman told me that the deal wasn't going to work out and that I needed to bring the car back so they could terminate the sale, REMINDER this was AFTER I paid CASH for the car. I told them I needed to consult a lawyer and this was when they finally revised the form. DEAL NUMBER "2", I bought my second car from them in late July, paid cash once again and after I bought the car, they told me I couldn't take it home that day because it hasn't been through service yet this is the first time, I have ever bought a car and it didn't go through service before the dealership started showing the car to customers. So, it was already starting off pretty bad with this deal, I said ok, and went home that day. The next day the General Sales Manager called me and said my car was ready to be picked up, I told him great, thank you and I will be in that afternoon. When I arrived, I went to look at the car and I could tell that they have not even moved the car from where it was the day prior, it hadn't been cleaned and I had a feeling it hadn't been through service yet. Once again, they wasted my time. So, I went home again and waited for the following day for a phone call to come pick up the car. When I got there the car STILL hadn't been cleaned up, I was pretty frustrated at this point and started asking more questions. When I asked the General Sales Manager what was going on his response to me was I do apologize this is all my Salesmans fault, he immediately started blaming the people that work under him instead of taking ownership of the situation as the leader of his team. The salesman took the car himself around back and washed it and I finally took it home 3 days after I bought it. About 2 weeks later I got a refund check in the mail for the taxes paid on the first car and the dealership didnt sign the check so, I called the dealer and asked them what I needed to do, they told me to bring it in to get it signed. I took it into the dealer and asked to speak with the General Manager about the un-signed check. The same General Sales Manager that I dealt with during my second purchase SNATCHED the check out of my hand and told me I got it, you dont need to talk to him!. I mean he literally SNATCHED it out my hand as if he was trying to provoke me to do something. I finally got to speak to the General Manager after complaining about how the General Sales Manager treated me. I got the check signed and finally went on my way. About 1 week later, this was around the end of August the second car I bought threw a transmission code. I called the customer service manager and he was right on it at the beginning, he told me to bring the car in and they would check it out. A couple days later he called me and said that I needed a new transmission and it was going to be $10,000 to $15,000, he also told me that they would cover half the cost. So, I called and priced out a transmission for the car and with parts and labor it was going to cost $6,800. So, basically Raidons was still going to make me pay full price for the transmission and tried to make me feel better by telling me they would pay half. He went on to tell me how Raidons supports the wounded warrior and donates all this money to helping Veterans but, when the rubber meets the road, they really dont care about us in the military, it proved to me that they do all this stuff to get the publicity and use it as a marketing tool to get customers to come in. I opted to trade the vehicle in and get another car from them because no matter what move I made I was going to lose a lot of money. They only offered me half of what I paid for the car and wouldnt come off the price of the new car I was buying. If you are military, I HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT buy from ANY Raidons dealership. They are only out there to take advantage of us. If you are looking for a good dealership to buy a car from, go to the **** dealership in Marysville and ask for Sina but, whatever you do, DO NOT buy a car from Raidons. Their moto is Culture of Care, they absolutely do not live up to this and do not care one second about their customers. They are hands down the worst dealership chain in the Pacific Northwest.
