This person is absolutely correct. Our group of 5 were suppose to go to ****** in 2020. They postponed the trip to 2021. July of ********************************************************* September but then postponed it again until 2022. They also tried to talk ** into their Christmas tour of ********* 2021. They moved from *********, ********** up to ********** and then moved to *********,**. After stringing ** along we also received the letter of bankruptcy. They had $20,000 of our money we had paid in full. He can't keep a job so he lived on all of our money. They are definitely scam artists. Or a modern day Judas since they claim to be Christians.

Where to start. ********************************* and his wife *********************************** own and operate, BioMonte. It is a tour company that pre-covid, ran tours to Italy. They were based in *********, ** with a **********, ** business address. They then moved to ***** and ran BioMonte tours locally. BioMonte still shows an active address in *********, ** even though their business was legally dissolved in the ******************* for failure to file annual reports.In 2020, I organized a tour to Italy with BioMonte. 7 women booked paying approx $17,100. In May 2020, the tour was put on hold due to Covid. BioMonte continued to keep that money promising to reschedule. They refused numerous requests for refunds. They use WeTravel booking for all payments and WeTravel stated BioMonte would need to refund. BioMonte stated WeTravel would not release the money. For almost two years we stayed on contact looking to travel to Italy this June 2022.All the while, BioMonte has been booking more local tours since international travel was not permitted. On April 13, 2022 BioMonte emailed anyone who had tours booked and paid for currently and over the last two years stating they were not refunding monies and would file bankruptcy. Their reasoning was that Covid is an act of GOD and therefore they do not need to refund. Yet, social media and their website show they have been and still are actively running their business in ***** during the entire pandemic. Many people in both states have been effected by their fraudulent collection of money for tours they did not actually commence. You can see on their website and social media that they are still advertising and booking people for tours including an upcoming one for the ******** Derby.Many others who booked different national tours outside of ours have reached out to me stating they have also been paid in full and now been told no refunds.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! ******** don't bother responding. We will talk soon legally:)
