      Today (11/5/2023) I called North towing company to after being notified by family that my vehicle was involved in an accident on Friday ( 11/3/23). I was not notified by police or towing company that my property was in the tow yards possession. I finally try to resolve this issue starting at 3:17am ( I didn't realize dst had ended) and no answer. i waited for 2 hours and 17 minutes to call back. when the call started, it was descent start. then quickly the lady that answered had a serious attitude problem with demanding, aggressive behavior. All i said was " I called several times before with no answer." She went off on an aggressive defense saying "This number we always answer! You also called at 3 in the morning!" *** post 24/7 and take my property and give me such negativity? She also made and appointment for 4pm today (11/05/23 @ 1600hours). I didnt catch her name before her telling me $130 to enter yard to obtain items from the vehicle. She hung up on me by the end of the call in a fiery. This is not proper or to par. I called back to lodge a complaint over words. All because i said several calls and even corrected my self half way through the conversation with the rude individual. I called WSP and told them i recommend them to use a better company because of the behavior issues. I unfortunately still have been forced to do business with the ridiculous company.

      We made an appointment for the customer for 4 pm it was currently 5 am, after making the appointment another call came in but customer wouldnt stop yelling, we said goodbye and hung up. His appointment was set. He then preceded to call back to back to back. He then called ********************** Who we then talked to and stated we had already made an appointment for said customer. Arlington PD then called customer back.

      the vehicle was involved in a collision Friday @10:40 pm, for safe keeping it was impounded by **************** patrol. It was not stolen so no one notifies by phone and letters are sent on first business day following impound.

      customer did confirm appointment and we are meeting him at his desired time at 4 pm Sunday 11/5/2023.

      I am rejecting this response because: I did not yell. I told her i called several times, corrected myself and said once. she went off on me and hung up. then refused to answer my calls after having my registered property. I also had to travel 2 hours north. Plus i dont believe posting on public places other peoples criminal information which can be found here and on ****** reviews. there were many comments and i do understand the type of business, but when 90% say the same thing, then you read her responses. It will quickly tell you she handles things out of proper manner and even seems to think she can do what ever. as well as when i showed up, she had all of her drivers there incase of a scene. What a Joke! I just wanted professional customer service and to retrieve my belongings. Then to say in 2023 you send letters???????? why are they stuck in the past. they make great money. $757.11 for 2 days. thats some horrible pricing. I also received no receipt for my cash payment of $127. She didnt ask and she wasnt pleasant to deal with. along with her 4 other drivers hovering around me as they demant money. I left the business to make a call and figure things out while my sister retrieved all the things from the vehicle for me. even as we were in the yard. there were always 3 drivers around us. seemed like instigation to me. As i was out front. She (dirty blonde lady, i assume the owner from ****** reviews) started bashing me and my name to my sister and her friend. its not my fault she couldnt act professional and even lie and say i yelled. what a lies. i am frustrated that they want to mail me 3 to 5 days later. then have me in a bind for over $1000. This place is not operating right. This is not the end, just the beginning of complaints that this company will receive. I will also follow up with why they had the sheriffs and the local cops in the area.  all because i said i called several times this morning. all this due to her bad attitude. Then not answer my calls for hours to confirm she will actually be there if i travel 2 hours north. I was forced to call the cops to get them to answer. Bad mouthing and slandering my name to my sister and her friend while conducting business. she was paid and after that couldn't help but to complain about me behind my back like a child. I want a refund. Unbelievable that WSP would consider this company.
