Damage on Front driver side by the right upper driver side wheel and damage on back driver side door and back bumper Good afternoon **************************,I reached out to ************************ this morning to let them know that my front driver side bumper was coming apart and that it showed that someone in the past couple of months tried to glue it back together and I brought it in and spoke with ****** and his boss and they showed me the picture of my vehicle when it was brought in and it showed damage to the driver side by the bumper and damage to the driver side back tire and the bumper and they said they never touch the front bumper but when my vehicle was returned back to me the damages were gone on the front *********** and bumper and the damage on the back passenger and tire and the bumper was gone and when they gave me back my vehicle l was impressed because it looked the way it did when l first purchased it and l told them the car was beautiful and that they did a great job restoring my vehicle to the original version and drove off and on the 16th of March my friend looked at my vehicle and said hey your bumper is going to fall off and my vehicle has never been in any accident until 1/23/2024 until ******************************** came barrowing in and hit my parked car on the back bumper then as she completed the turn into the parking space she was trying to get in she scraped the front driver bumper and I ask if you felt there was only damage to the back driver side door and bumper why did the fix the front driver side bumper.????? And their answer was well we just wash it really.!!! Make it make sense!!, I will be forwarding this letter to our Attorney General and BBB and let them you practically threw me out of your shop for saying why are you lying on us meaning ************************ and I told them there is no reason to lie you have the proof of the way my vehicle was damaged when it was brought in and you should be ashamed for treating me this way when all you had to do was own up to it and say ************* we will take care of the bumper.But instead you said get out of my shop.!!!Thank You,******************* ************
