I purchased services for my vehicle with a lifetime warranty. I have the receipt i have the warranty I have the vendor I have the vehicle. I contacted the vendor to obtain services and was yelled at and swore at and told to f myself and hung up on - asked for the persons name they told me it was none of my business and hung up on - called back was told were too busy to talk to you F off its the busy season and hung up on - I was perplexed - I called their other listed location (closed) then called back and they just took the phone off the hook - this is unacceptable and no one should do business with this entity - how can a consumer utilize a sold lifetime warranty if the vendor wont honor the obligation? Plenty of other honorable vendors in this same zip code to spend hard earned moneyBusiness response

Yes, this customer called on a busy Friday afternoon while I was on the phone. He stated he had paperwork for a warranty from 2008 for his ******* I was on the other phone with a customer who had their car and asked if he would call back in 5 minutes as it was a busy weekend. He stated it wasnt the weekend (why?) and out of the blue started swearing ?? a plethora of assault words. I was amazed, then he threatened to go on- line and put bad reviews all over. After that he demanded to know who I was etc. I had enough and hung up.
It was a real verbal attack and was quite jarring. I wasnt sure what his point was, but apparently he thought it was too much to call back in 5 min. He called the following Monday, but I didnt answer after all of his verbal abuse, I didnt want to interact with him. He called 20 times in a row.
I do not know what warranty he has, but the manufacturer puts out the warranty; i.e. I had a warranty for brakes at Midas, but they discount per year.
We are a customer based small business ????? but at this point I will not tolerate such verbal attacks. It is unacceptable, his version is not what happened.
I was amazed he would call during a super busy day/season after **************************************************************** 5 min. We do that with paying customers if on the phone and they return the call.

I am rejecting this response because:This person is an abusive, deceitful, liar that is incapable of telling facts.
I have multiple witnesses to your erratic, swearing and poor human behavior certainly not becoming an alleged owner of a business and , quite frankly we were concerned that the person spoken to was deeply mentally Ill.
You and your business are terrible examples of the state of humanity in 2023 and I hope no one dies business with you and your toxic behavior.
BBB should be ashamed of themselves to affiliate themselves with such low class, low quality, low humanity, low ethics entities.
i am contacting every licensed auto dealer in **************** and citing all of this behavior your swearing your lack of ability to face your own actions, your lack of quality installation and inability to service a warranty.
i Am further contacting your suppliers to tell them of your low standards, low quality, lack of ethics and inability to form a complete thought or sentence (as witnessed by your junior high level responses- incoherent ramblings of a low life loser)
i Hope you continue to lose business and locations - and sincerely wish you bankruptcy and as many collections as possible due to your complete inability to deliver a competent service or meet your commitments.
Your business is the scum people have nightmares about.
You and your business are a terrible wastes of carbon and deserve the very worst the world has to offer.
