      These items were purchased on 7/15/24. I have dozens of Tommy Bahama outfits and that size always fits me well. One dress is way too big and the other has built in shorts which I dont like despite never mentioning that in the description. I tried to initiate a return. At that point I found out that the sale was final. This was not referenced when I selected the outfits as is the common practice at every other website Ive utilized. Its not even mentioned in their return policy either. I went back to the page and its mentioned in the upper right hand corner in a small font and it blends in with dark backgroundsmall black lettering on dark blue background. The only exclusion in the return policy is purchases at an outlet which this isnt.

      I AM BEING HARASSED DAY IN AND DAY OUT WITH EMAILS FROM THESE TOMMY BAHAMA PEOPLE AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHO THEY ARE. I HAVE NEVER DONE AN OUNCE OF BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER! I HAVE NO IDEA IF THESE EMAILS ARE FROM THESE TOMMY PEOPLE OR SCAMMERS. ALL I KNOW IS I WANT THEM TO STOP AND THERE IS NO WAY TO STOP THEM AS THERE IS NO UNSUBSCRIBE BUTTON ON THESE EMAILS. THE EMAILS WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO COPY THE IMAGES HOWEVER I AM SENDING AS MUCH INFORMATION AS I HAVE FROM THEM.       Company runs promotion and by the time you get your reward card they make excuses not to locate and place the order. You are left on line for over 40 minutes only to have inept employees say unfortunately we cant help you. Corporate number disconnects or sends you back to inept customer services.

      Please remove my complaint against Tommy Bahama. I was able to find a wonderful manager who assisted me with my order.

      I was given a birthday present of a linen shirt with the price tag of ******. I went to a store (************) and was told I cant be helped because it wasnt purchased there. All tags were intact and clearly Tommy Bahama. I then sent pictures to corporate and " they couldnt open my pdf". Suddenly they wanted to give me ***** because they found it and it had been marked down. The amount of time and run around was to make me give up but I was in customer service internationally for 40 years and know this cant be policy. They need to be aware how their own people arent standing behind their product.Its principle at this point.

      Even though he item in question is a third party purchase and was not sold directly from Tommy Bahama, we have offered a Tommy Bahama Gift Card for the sticker price of the item; $110. The item is currently being sold via ********* online and in their stores for $66. Without purchase details, directly from Tommy Bahama, we are unable to refund this estimated cost in cash or to a credit or debit card. Multiple attempts to reach the guest via the phone have gone unanswered and our sole communication has been through email. Out internal ticket #******** contains the details of our email communications along with the guests' responses. Thank you.

      I have sent numerous pictures of the tag. They keep saying I will get a refund but never happens. Spent hours on this and passed to 4 different people. I'm trying to run a business and spent way too much time. They told me they can't open pdfs which is not true I'm sure. If I ever get reimbursed it will be a miracle .

      On 5/20/23 I placed an on line order with tommybahamaus. Order number #***************, The order totaled $85.00 and I used my credit card. They said delivery in **** working days. My order still has not arrived and it is Aug 11, 2023. I have followed the order on their tracking page and it has been "stuck in customs" since June 16. I have sent them emails and have only gotten robotic responses. I have no idea how to proceed.I keep seeing ads for this company and I don't want other people to have the same fate that I have had.

      I Purchased a beautiful Raw Coast Tommy Bahama king size comforter set on January 16. This set was purchased through Wayfair and cost over $200. This morning, August 9, while making the bed the underside of the comforter ripped. This should not have happened. It has been well taken care of, no abuse to this comforter whatsoever.I did call Wayfair and they said they have no way to make it good. This comforter is only seven months old.

      Issue: Shipping. Guest thought he received express shipping, however we are unable to express ship beach chairs, therefore received ground shipping instead.
      Resolution: Refunded guest in full (4/9/22) and sending him a free beach chair of his choice. Guest choose a more expensive beach chair. Sending to him, should receive the new chair.

      We purchased close to $200,000 in furniture from Tommy Bahama this year, but there are a few items that are failing to deliver over and over and we want a refund of $17,000 for those items that keep failing to deliver (from order #****)dining table set: kingstown order placed dec 2020 arrival of set may 2021, manufacturing issues, very delicate surface, scratches send scratch pictures to TommyBahama evaluated and agreed to replace table another 5 months and no table, attempted delivery and table is broken Oct 2021 no refunds, however now, how long to wait for another?we have not used the set, it is in storage waiting for the table since it looks so bad with scratches, we'd like to buy a new set and return this set, the chairs are in perfect condition and we no longer want the new table, just refund it kitchen table set: belaire and **** chairs order placed dec 2020 arrival of set may 2021, broken along with one chair which had to be returned waiting for replacement, second attempt, table still broken no refunds, however now, how long to wait for another?we have not used the chairs, they are waiting on the table we no longer want to wait for the replacement table and chair, just refund it we understand that covid causes issues with delivery delay but the company Tommy Bahama does not seem to be reliably able to deliver their shipments without breakage or quality challenges that require further waiting and we would like to have them perform a refund to acknowledge that this is not acceptable for us to pay the price for the delays, it is no longer a matter of COVID is it a matter of had they been able to deliver the good without damage we would have them, the company should not lean on COVID as an excuse the total amount of this furniture taxes excluded is approximately $17,000
