Quite rude if you disagree with him, or say that there is something wrong with what he has done. Will talk to you as if you're a child if he thinks that you don't know something. He kept all the parts that he took off the motor, (all the smog equipment and related parts). He also straight piped the exhaust to make it have more power. We went to this shop to have the whole motor replaced, not just part of it. A different shop that I took it to, said that just in parts alone the minimum amount would be at least **** dollars, and then about the same amount for labor. At one point, I had to drive more than 75 miles to where my wife was camping with our truck and camper, because the truck wouldn't start as she was trying to leave. When we never needed to before, the owners response was, turn the ignition on and off a couple of times then it should start. Before taking it to this shop, we only had to turn the key only once and it would start. He told us that he put 2 new batteries in it because the one's in it were dead. 2 1/2 years later we have to put 2 new batteries in the truck because the ones in it more close to 4+ years when I took it to les shwabb. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Im very sorry you feel this way the work was done over 2 1/2 years ago you initially took the truck somewhere else because of the inconvenience of coming to my shop and had a starter installed and they did not replace the batteries I told you to take the truck back and get them to replace the starter because Im cranking it drop down to less than 9 1/2 V then you took it to another shop and I went out of my way to get you your tuner that was left with me because your truck was previously modified if youd like to further discuss this matter you can call me anytime I also sent you a text message on several occasions with no response back

I also have video documentation proving all of this the previous Modification plates that were on the engine along with the fleet truck repair shop stating that sound diesel had nothing to do with the current issue that the truck is having I also reached out to the customer many times and also have the text message thread to prove there was no response with no avail and also have video documentation of the starter and how it sounded along with it dropping down to 9.5 and also in the video shows the new batteries that were bought at Carquest and then leave me such a negative review after over 2 1/2 years later which is absolutely insane

As I have stated previously, even before we brought the truck to your shop, we never had a problem starting it. After the motor went, I could still turn the key and have it start first time. As soon as we get it back is when we started having issues trying to get running. You said that it was that external fuel pump, well guess what, we still had problems starting it after paying you another 400 dollars. The batteries that are in it now are the ones that you said you put in, and that they were new. Before I had the starter replaced, my wife couldn't get it started while she was camping, and I had to go take care of it. As anyone who would read your replies in all this, they can see how rude and condensending you are when someone has an issue with your work. And I'm sure that they would agree that having somebody else do any future work on my truck would be a wise choice. Bottom line is, with the amount of money that we gave to you to fix our truck in the first place, we should not have had to replace anything else after getting it back, regardless of any videos or text messages that I didn't respond to after you being rude nasty.

Again, I dont know whats more sad is the fact that *** reached out to you numerous times went to the other shop to help them and reached out to you with no response back Im sorry that you feel that way, but something that is more frustrating or irritating for me is when your truck originally came in with the bad motor, it was half torn apart and never put back together so these are erroneous claims by you because again, none of this stuff couldve been verified when the truck was half torn apart. What is sad on your end, is that you don't think that I have the invoice from (*********************) the first place that I took it to. I was able to drive it there, and drive it home. Had the engine been apart, I'm pretty sure that I couldn't have driven it. When it came to you, it had all the smog equipment still on the motor. Your employee that was talking to my friend that came with, told him all the things you took off, and all of the codes and related things to go with it. As I said before, when you are rude and Condensending, why would anyone want to respond to anything that you have to say. Regarding ***** services, they never said anything about you not having any responsibility for what is going on. And to top it off, you went to their shop on your own accord twice, once to take the tuner off, then you came back to put it back in. They were under the impression that I asked for you to come. When I found out, I told them that you were not to touch my truck again. After not responding to your messages, you didn't get the hint that I had no interest in working with you again. If those were new batteries, I wouldn't need to replace them already. And again, Les Shwabb said that they were not new 2 1/2 years ago. Take responsibility for what you do, and you won't have as many problems.
