I paid for companion dog classes at Argus Ranch. 6 classes, one each week starting on February 11th. I made it to the first class, and then had to reschedule as I was busy with grad homework the following weekend. After discussing make-*** with *****************************, the trainer running the course, I asked if it was possible to trade what I'd paid for the classes and put it towards private sessions instead so I could get more one on one help with my dog, and to work around my schedule better. I had said that I was fine staying in the group classes if that was too much of a hassle to change things. She said we could do that, and we decided on two private sessions in exchange for what was left of my payment. She said her next available time on the days that I was also available was Saturday, March 2nd, at 2:15pm. I'd said that would try to make 2:15 work, but that I might be slightly later than that. She said that was fine, that we could meet later. We discussed what we would work on in the class. As far as I was aware, we'd set up our session. I showed up about 2:35pm with my dog, having emailed her when I had left work at 1pm to let her know when I would be there. There is no phone number to call on their website, email is the only way to contact. She was not there when I got there and I had to search for someone to talk to. I was told to wait in an arena while the person I found went to see what was going on. Another person came and told me to wait in a different area and they would go look for the trainer. I waited 45 minutes in total, no one ever came back, so I left. The trainer emailed me on my way home saying she needed more than an hours heads up for a session. She didn't think we were confirmed. The email thread I have says differently. She insinuated that I had screwed up, and I never recieved an apology for her scheduling mishap. I asked for a partial refund as I didn't want to come back, it's an hour from my house, and I found her attitude rude.
