I am having very bad experiences with Allred Heating Cooling Electric, LLC! I would like write-down the experiences and seek for legal help at the same time. I am a small business owner, managing properties. At Feb 2021, I called their service to diagnosis the heating system failure for one of the rental property. After the technician done, I paid the service fee $109.10 by using by the bank card. It went through, and I got the receipt, nothing wrong, Since then, I did not hear from them. After over 2 years, at June 2023, I started receiving email invoice and letter invoice says: I need to pay the $109.10 service fee. I paied them 2 years ago, what is that? I called, tried to find out the reason. They told me, recently they started "clean" out their accounting, and found the payment I made failed at 2021. So they sent invoice to me. How I trust what they said? So I have to ask my accounting to dig out what happened over 2 years ago. our small business hired a hourly paid accounting. If I ask her to dig out what happened, there will be cost generated. I called Allred, ask them give the me the proof of payment failed. Or deduct my side cost from the $109.10. But the manager is very rude, threat me she will send the bill to collection. I am going to talk to my attorny to see what to do if I am seeing the bill send to collection. Horrible company drivers. They are reckless and endanger the public. This happened on 8/3/***3. There was a loooooong backup trying to go west on highway 18 from ********** and rather than wait in line truck #*** from ALLRED decided to drive past everybody in the right hand lane (skipping about 25 minutes of traffic) and drive into the left lane that can go straight onto the beginning of highway 18 under I-90. People werent letting them in because that is a real A**** move so this driver decides to force his way into my lane getting within inches of my brand new truck. Complete disregard me and my truck and complete disrespect for everybody waiting in that line. So when i get a chance I get in the right lane, honk my horn, and give him the 1 finger salute as my lane moved faster than his. When the lanes opened back up to two lanes on the west side of Tiger Summit the driver actually tried to chase me down in his company vehicle. He was waaaaay back in line and i was going about 70mph with the flow of traffic and he somehow caught up and was tail gating people to get up to me. Dont hire this company. They hire people that are reckless and that dont care about the public. STAY AWAY Oh! And when i called the office to file a report they didnt care and actually hung up on me and wouldnt answer when i tried calling back. So overall just a horrible company. But they'll probably respond to this with lies and saying thats not how their company is. I look forward to their response.

I am writing to apologize on behalf of Allred Heating Cooling Electric, I understand that one of our drivers was irresponsible and dangerous, and I want to express my sincerest apologies for our employee's actions.
Our employee has been suspended until further notice, in one attempt to reflect on their behavior and understand the gravity of their actions.
I want to personally thank you for calling in and letting us know what your experience was with our driver. This situation will allow us to be more committed to making sure that all our drivers are more responsible in the future.
We have taken multiple steps to ensure that this type of behavior does not happen again.Review from David F
