  The room had bugs in the bathroom and kitchen. The sheets had not been cleaned or changed. The room was so dirty I did not want to touch anything. The toilet wouldn't flush the bathtub wouldn't drain.. they also took ***** out of my bank account without permission.

  Good morning ,

   Guest stayed with us on 11/31/23 to nov 11/23 - no compalint . then stayed with us the next day 11/1/23 to 11/2/23 - no complaint ,guest had  no complaint and came back and stayed with us on 11/6/23 to 11/7/23  and did extend her reservation on 11/7/23 to 11/8/23 . If ************************* had complaint should come and let us know regarding any issues in room .we would have changed her room .

  We did charge her card on file for damages in room ,towels missing and stain on sheets .But as a courtesy we did refund her $50.00 back to her card ******** .

  Sorry for the inconvenience ,but charges were justified ,but refund is made today on 11/20/23 ,will take 5 to 6 business days before guest see back on her card.

  Guest ************************* stayed with us on nov 6th to nov 7th on expedia reservation and she paid to 3rd party with her credit card ,not us and then we bill them /we did not had her cc information to charge her and when she checked in ,we did authorization of 100 $ as security deposit and when she checked out ,we did cancel her 100 $ authorization and money back to her cc same day .we never charged her 50 $ at any point and statement is incorrect .

  she checked in again on 7th till 8th november 2023 for 1 day and she paid cash for her room ,we did not charge her cc for $50 again.

  If she was so not happy with our services or room dirty ,sheets dirty ,why stay with us twice ? we did investigated into the complaint and no complaint came to us on nov 6th to 8th from ******* regarding sheets not clean and bed bugs .

  We do contest this complaint and to resolve the issue ,we can give her 50 percent off to resolve the issue for her next stay with us ,we did not find any issue with her room ,still as courtesy ,we are willing to do so .
