Charged for same backyard landscaping work for water standing problem in backyard twice. First time work done was so vague that RAINPRO LANDSCAPING said the following:********************* Thu, Aug 31, 5:55?PM to me Yes, that is correct. But if I go out to the property to check other company's work it would be a billable stop. The problem is they are extremely vague in their estimate/proposal and it gives me no real information on how the French Drain was built, soil composition, outfall, whether the drain is rock to surface or has grass back over the top etc. These are all things we include in our estimates. If they put the drain in a soil with lots of **** and then placed **** back over the top the drain will not work, if it does not have proper slope it will not work, if it was not assembled correctly it will not work."However, Seattle Grow done the same work in the same area but this time with greater discription of work. So, I asked ******** how did they know what to do the second time without having accurately and professionately detailed wrong work initially? She said her and **** could explain over the phone without documentation. I said she has always documented my cost to her why not what I'm paying for? So, sent her a complaint letter requesting an official document outlining her detailed work initially of $8600 dollars, by September 22nd 2023.

Thank you for the update. ******** from Seattle Grow called me today October 14th, telling me again that she and **** will consult about their service in question and decide how to respond. And even though I'ved submitted a complaint letter to her and told her I wanted an official detailed receipt of the work in question, she still reintroduced the question: what did I want? I don't know what's to not understand about her needing to provide the specific requested receipt of the french drain work in 2022 My complaint letter and my complaint to your office is very clear concerning my request for an official receipt confirming all detailed work they did to install my french drain. Maybe you understand and can explain to ******** what I'm requesting.

I told Seattle Grow that I will present all their documentation to an attorney to examine to confirm if the information they provided by email serves as a substitute for my requesting an official itemized invoice of work initially done. Because I want to know if their email generated from memory qualifies as an official invoice and should be considered accurate and legally binding.  Wednesday, November 1st Ill be legally advised.
