I had called this horrifically terrible place of business because I made a really bad decision purchasing a new 2020 Mitsubishi outlander at ******* Mitsubishi in *********. I now live in the ******************* so I called the nearest Mitsubishi from my house which is over an hour away in ******, ** I was told I had to make an appointment during my work hours had to take 3 hours off work and lose pay spend $60.00 in Gas to be refused service by a rude douche bag that was so worthless and horrible at his job it was obvious ****** was handed that job because he had 0 skills for his position and should never speak to customers or people again. I made an appointment because my touch screening that control the entire cars service system is defected I assume from made by the Korean slave labor Mitsubishi uses for their foreign trash to sale to suckers in ******* and why this control panel for this overprice pile a garbage is defective and they people refused to diagnose it because they know its a pile of junky. My car is now worthless if no one will repair the control panel.All the people that work for Mitsubishi are bringing idiocracy to life and that no company can be trusted.I plan on making an Epic event in destroying this worthless junk online for all to view and keep people from purchasing anymore slave made Mitsubishi for refusing to repair their junk that no one elses can work on.Business response

To whom it may concern:
Obviously, *************** has some regret for owning a car that is no longer under warranty. This rant is due to information she didnt like.We were up front, told her that her Mitsubishi factory warranty on her radio had expired and she informed us that she chose not to purchase an extended warranty. We did not work on her vehicle; however, we were willing to provide the service including diagnosis and*or repair but when we explained that it was going to be her responsibility to pay for such service, she instantly turned belligerent. Our team at the Sunset Mitsubishi service department acted in a professional manner in dealing with her hostility. We strive to take care of all customers with respect and professionalism and are empathetic for her own unfortunate situation.

I am rejecting this response because: They are liars this has nothing to do with the warrenty it has to do with the fact that I was refused service by these racist slave labor users and I will get an attorney for being refuused service they NEVER SAID EVER THAT I COULD PAY FOR THE REPAIR SIMPLE REFUSED BE SERVICE DUE to thw fact I am Mexican and they are white men that didnt like me. F** you ******
