5+ Star for this amazing dealership that actually treats the customer with the up most respect possible.. so rare in the auto businesses that *** encountered throughout my life.. Hats off to ****** for his superb professionalism & the entire staff that I encountered throughout the process of my purchase of a 2012 Cadillac on 1/13/2024.. the vehicle is amazing & mechanicaly sound, everything it was advertised to be look at the 5 star reviews posted! Theres a reason why Duffys is at the top of the list in every category including, friendliness, respectful, knowledgeable, courteous.. they are at the top off the class in used auto sales.. ******, once again, Thank you??

I have a complaint with all the staff in this business, especially with **** and *******************. Because they. they cheat and lie to people to steal their money and they tell you about the contract that an iso is not valid but they keep your money once they have told you that if you change it between them they tell me different things and so I lose my money hopefully this will come to more people and do not go to that place of thieves. with tie

******************* came into our dealership spent an afternoon with us and we got her financed on a ***** Civic. She gave us her down payment, signed all the necessary documents and took delivery of the vehicle. Several days later she came back to the dealership and said her heater didnt work. Since the car is sold As Is we are not obligated to fix it. However, we told her we would as a goodwill gesture. She then said she didnt want the car any longer. Well, we told thats not how it works. According to state law, once you take delivery the contracts are valid and she owns the car. You cant change your mind. When asked what the real reason was she wanted to return the car she wouldnt tell us. We told her she could trade the car back in and use her deposit in another car in inventory or we would repair her heater or she could leave the car with us but that we would keep her deposit. I would hardly call that stealing. Stealing by definition is taking money from someone unknowingly or knowingly by force. She willingly gave us the money and was happy when she left our dealership. It wasnt until we told her we were not going to refund her money when she became upset at us. ******************* needs to familiarize herself with the law before making baseless claims. She also mentioned we cheated her, Im not sure where she is coming up with that other than she cant have her way so she is making this up. She said we didnt have a valid contract, however we did. We had her approved at two financial institutions.
