On February 22, 2024, Better Business Bureau contacted RoofPros NW LLC requesting the modification of its advertisement. Specifically, RoofPros NW LLC states on its website https://roofprosnw.com/ that they are "THE INDUSTRY’S #1 ROOFING CONTRACTOR IN CENTRAL PUGET SOUND!" RoofPros NW LLC also states they are GAF certified roofers but BBB has been unable to find them on the list of certified contractors. RoofPros NW LLC did not respond to BBB’s request for substantiation or modification.
