This client was informed in writing of all the fees associated with the service ordered by his provider and signed receipt of this information on 9/14/22. He was informed that the bill for the entire swallow study and feedback would be $450 which consists of two codes ***** ($300) and ***** ($150). As with all our services, the evaluation report of the findings are part of the service provided. Additionally, There are also radiology codes and bills for this service from the radiology facility that should have been paid.
We work hard to make sure that there are no surprises about your bill from us and that we stay in good communication.
Sometimes families or individuals are experiencing a financial hardship. We understand about that and prefer that if this is the case that we are informed about any potential challenges in advance when we can connect the family with some sort of remedy. Remedies may look like connecting the family or individual with an organization that provides alternative funding for medical bills, setting them up with a manageable payment plan, minimizing the scope of their services, or a combination of those things.
