      Date of Transaction: 11-12-23. The focus of the company is that they customize OEM steering wheels. I have a 2006 Pontiac GTO. GM imported the car from ********* for model years 2004 - 2006. It was called the Holden Monaro in that country and rebadged as a GTO in *****************. There were no changes made to the 2004 model. However, there were changes in 2005 and 2006. One of them was made in 2005 and carried over to 2006. That change was a redesigned steering wheel hub. I ordered a customized steering wheel from Aza Auto Wheel and when I received it, I came to find out it was from a 2004 model. I emailed the company several times stating this and provided pictures, an email link and an invoice from my mechanic as proof. The only response I received was that they never had a problem with this before because they sold hundreds of them. They wanted me to return it for POSSIBLE refund and MAYBE an exchange. Since they do not know, and don't want to know what the difference is between the 2004 and 2005/2006 steering wheels, how can I trust them to send me a the correct one? Their response also included a threat to me that they were going to refer this issue to their attorney. I have requested their attorney's contact information four times with no response. I decided to keep it to see if the dealership could install it. They did and charged me $155, but it was binding. I then took it to my mechanic, who was able to grind down the hub and it fit perfect. This is one of the ways I found out it was the wrong one because we both compared the original one to the one I received. The other way was going to a GTO forum, which is the link I mentioned earlier that I sent to the company. The company does not know which steering wheel is correct for which year and they have no intention of researching this, because they won't admit they made a mistake. They are misrepresenting their product through false advertising. I am requesting a $155 refund.
