They a very persistent when attempting to reach you. I send them reason to deny charge, I dont hear from them again but they keep my case open anyway.Review from PENNYLANE A

This Financial assistance been sending me a letter regarding my debt on *********** which is a **** **** product. That was the time of pandemic and I haven't been paid coz of the hardship I have been going thru and I have a toddler for god sake. It got reported on my credit and now my credit is very low because of just one thing which Financial Assistance reported it. I have been trying to contact them so many times but I haven't receive any call back from them and I really wanted to arrange art least a payment installment so that way they can clear and won't hurt my credit score. But until now there's no luck! They dont help, and they put my credit in a very bad place. I dont know what to do or who to call since they were the one who reported it. It was pandemic for god sake. Are they human? Is money more important with these people. Please any advice so I can resolve and take this on my credit report out because this is not right. Thank you and god bless

The accounts that *********** places with FAI for collection are assigned, not sold to FAI. All accounts remain the property of ***********.The subject of this review is an unpaid account for an ordered and delivered professional cooking set. This set was ordered by ******************************* and ********************************* for $4795.00 plus tax and shipping on September 30, 2021. Both consumers completed and signed the credit sales contract and security agreement.FAI has received copies of all related invoices and contracts and mailed those to the consumers address today.FAI has made numerous attempts to contact the consumers to discuss a repayment plan. ***********************, who refused to reveal the nature of his call but a quick ****** search revealed he was calling to collect a debt on behalf of First Tech. This all while the Coronavirus ravages our city and is shuttering local businesses down (again) as the employees continue to test positive after trying to reopen so they don't go out of business. It's despicable and shows what this company and First Tech really feel about human life and the trauma inflicted on the population of ******* and Cap Hill in particular.
