I had dental work done in January 2021 at ********************************* dental office at *********************************************************. It was an expensive procedure that I had put off for a long time. I talked to the office at length about pricing since I had to buy my own dental insurance privately. They looked at the insurance plans with me and helped me pick the plan that was going to give me the best coverage. I had the dental work done and paid my **** in full at the time of service. About 6 months later I receive a **** for $200 from optima dental spa. This company apparently bought Dr. ****** dental practice. They claimed I still owed money on the service done in January. I called and informed them that I paid in full at the time of service. They stated there was a billing mistake and I still owe money. I told them I was paid in full and asked to speak to the manager. When the manager got back to me after 4-5 times of me calling, she said they could give me 50% off. I informed her I paid in full and she refused to resolve the problem. It has been months of calling back and forth and constant bills. Over the last month they stopped returning my phone calls and keep sending bills.
