I had a routine teeth cleaning at Bellevue Dental in May 2022 . ************************* used deceitful means to convince me to receive unnecessary treatment. For the past few months, I have been experiencing continuous pain and several instances of the dental crowns falling off, sometimes in the middle of the night, which is very dangerous. This has significantly impacted my normal life and health. I always worry about when the crown might fall off again. Dr. ****************** ** has never expressed any apology for this. Despite what she promised that she will be responsible for my crown, she refused my emergency appointment saying that we terminated the contract of she being my doctor. I had to see other dentists, and they were all puzzled as to why ******** gave me the crown, as it was completely unnecessary. To fully resolve the problem, the only solution is to redo the crown and cut a part of the original tooth again, and it needs to be cut open from the gum. This is terrible! My originally healthy tooth is now messed up by ********, and it has added huge pain and pressure to my life and work. I never thought I would encounter such a doctor who would do anything to make money.Business response
