I did a free class at pure barre in *********** one time. I never attended a class since. I did sign up but the payment did not go through . I had a death in my family and other issues at that. . The company sent multiple text messages to my phone demanding and requesting payment. I finally sent a email in writing stating that the account needed to be and it should have already been canceled. The company continues to make contact , tries to bill my credit card. I have informed them again to cancel my account in writing and they refuse too. I have never step back into in of their locations at all . In the last 4 months . I dont understand why they keep trying to charging me and continue to bill me when I have told them to canceled the account. I have inscribe to there request to send emails but they constantly do any way. They left multiple voicemails and you can tell that the manger of the location is emotional and upset that I wont speak to her personally and have sent it in writing to the company. Their refusing to cancel the account due to the fact I wont answer however they continue to message and leave voicemail while I am at work. It shouldnt take them 4 months and in writing to cancel an account. They are being personally offended and extremely emotional over the issue. The account needs to be officially cancelled and closed .Business response
