  I hired this company for a siding replacement project for my property, with an agreed price of $25,000 and a promised completion time of 2-3 weeks. The work began at the end of May but remains unfinished. Additionally, the business owner has been dishonest and has more than doubled the overall cost to around $58,000.The business owner has demonstrated dishonesty in several ways:He initially promised to replace the windows for free, but after installation, he charged me $4,165.30, stating the installation process was complicated due to a mismatch in size between the old and new windows. In my opinion, as an experienced contractor, he should have been aware of this possible scenario. If I had been informed of the potential $4,000 cost upfront, I would not have had him do the window installation. He did not notify me of the possible cost but presented the invoice after the installation was completed.During the work, his team broke my drywall. When I asked him to repair it, he claimed his team was not responsible for interior repairs and told me to find someone else. After I received a quote for the drywall repair, he changed his mind and said he could do the repair for an additional $2,000, which proves his dishonesty.The overall project is significantly delayed, extending from the promised 2-3 weeks to almost 2 months and still remains unfinished. One factor could be delays in obtaining the window and building materials, but as a business owner, he did not follow up with the salesperson to resolve the delay issues. Even after the materials arrived, his team worked only half days with limited personnel, resulting in unsatisfactory progress on the overall project.His stuff worked in a rude manner and damaged my plant and railings.Based on the unpleasant process and more than necessary delay, I don't want to continue working with this company and trust is broken with the dishonest owner and would like to ask for refund.
