In the fall of 2020, we had a pipe burst at our house and flood much of our main floor, including a bathroom, office, livingroom, and kitchen. Once the floors were dried, the Wise Choice team came in, assessed the damage, gave great advice on minimizing costs while creating the look we wanted, provided a reasonable estimate, and shepherded us through every step of the process. From picking out flooring, to deciding paint, matching trim, sealing off areas to be worked on from the rest of the house, etc.Complicating matters further was that this was during the first year of the ***** pandemic, so we were very wary of having a crew in our house. But every single craftsman (and they were indeed skilled craftsmen) was respectful of our space, worked with the windows open to provide airflow and provide a bit more safety, was polite to us and our kids, and kept us apprised of what what happening, what to expect, and by when, meeting all deadlines.To be clear: this was not an easy project: complete floor removal and replacement, kitchen island replacement with new counter, new appliances, painting (and taping all over), new bathroom floor, toilet, and vanity, all during a pandemic while we and our kids were all working and going to school from home. It could have been disasterous. The Wise Choice team ensured that it was not and delivered in every way on every aspect of our project. The only minor issue was that in installing the bathroom tile, they covered a floor vent. But as soon as we pointed it out, they fixed it. The results were incredibly high quality and just as we'd discussed and hoped. I have recommended Wise Choice to others who've asked about a good team for a remodel and will continue to do so. They were not the cheapest or most expensive, but you get what you pay for, and we definitely felt we received high quality work for the cost. They were easy to work with, communicated throughout the project, and delivered in every way. I highly recommend them.
