On 06/22/2023, our kid, ********, vomited during the camp around 10:30am and staff in ******** tested his temperature and the result was around 99. They called us and asked us to pick our kid up as soon as possible. After I arrived at the ************************** said he felt good and was able to go back to the camp, however, staff in ******** refused and asked ******** to leave. I asked them if they or I could test the temperature for ******** again, but they refused.2. On 06/23/2023, ******** vomited again during the camp around lunch time, and staff in ******** asked us to pick our kid up as soon as possible. After our kid's mom arrived at the camp, she used our thermometer to test the temperature for our kid and the result was ****. Even our kid said he feels better and is able to go back to the camp, but staff in ******** said ******** has to leave the camp now, and he cannot attend the camp tomorrow.I asked ******** to provide their official policy documents for it, but I did not get any response from them.I also asked ******** to refund fees for two days' camp (half day for 06/22, half day for 06/23, and one day for 06,24), but I did not get any response from them.So, I have to ask help from BBB.org.
