Date of transaction: 6/20/2022 The amount I paid to the business: USD ***** moving fee plus storage fee from Nov 2020 to June 2022 for USD 50 per month totaling USD *****; The value of my items lost by the moving company: USD USD *****. Total cost damage to me: USD ******. Which kind dispute: dispute against moving company CY Moving Inc (aka cybestseattlemoving) based in ********, **; owner: *****************************; DOT: *******; cell: **********; email: ******************** ******************************************* The business commitment to you: I hired CY Moving Inc (aka cybestseattlemoving; website: www.cybestseattlemoving.com for my move from ******* to ******** **; I also hired this moving company and paid storage fee (monthly USD 50) for over a year from Nov 2020 to June 2022. The actual move was June 2022. The company promised me that all my boxes and stuff will be safe in their warehouse storage, and also insisted to unpack all my boxes before the move in June 2022 to ******** due to my boxes were not in great condition due to the rain in *******. They promised me nothing will be lost during the storage, unpacking, and move process. However, when I received my boxes, I found out I lost all my valuable items with total value over USD *****. I am beyond shock and anger and seek justice and fair protection to my rights as a consumer. Whether the business has tried to resolve the dispute: NO
