Will not stop with the spam emails, my invoice has spam emails from ********* or LendingForBadCredit at least 3 times a day. Their unsubscribe link does not work and there is no way to block them because they use different emails to send their spam. Someone should report them to the **** I need this company to stop emailing me and remove me from their marketing list.

Repetitive UNSOLICITED BULK E-MAIL It appears that ************* Association and ********* have contracted with a direct marketing publisher (My Saving Genie parent entity ********) that engages in repetitive, high-volume unsolicited bulk e-mail (UBE).Fraudulent claim in message content: "This email was sent to you because you have opted in to receive 3rd party email communications.." AFAIK - I have not provided verifiable affirmative, deliberate or explicit consent for this e-mail address to be added to this list. There have now been 2 instances of repetitive UBE content 5/13 and 5/20. If I did not bite on the lead-generation phishing expedition the first time, then the second attempt one week later was pointless and abusive. This repetitive UNSOLICITED spam is reprehensible and irresponsible marketing. Please confirm - with effectivity - that this e-mail address has been permanently removed from any UNSOLICITED spamvertising on behalf of ************************** ********* and/or affiliates INCLUDING *************************/publishers.

Hello and thank you for reaching out.

Your email address ****************** was manually added to our suppression list on 5/23/2022 date. It can take 10 business days to take effect.

This should have put an end to the ********* emails moving forward. Please let us know if there are additional email addresses you would like to have added to our suppression list.

While we don't mean to create any additional work for you,it would be very helpful to review the email(s) that you have received so that we can determine if there is an issue with our opt-out link. Please feel free to send examples to [email protected].

The quick response with action of adding my email address to the suppression list is much appreciated, however, I am rejecting this response pending confirmation that this suppression instruction has also been pushed to any other active marketing campaigns - especially the 3rd party spammer mentioned in my complaint.

Also - since this advertisement was a 'dual' sending with *************************** will this suppression also extend to entity Fidelity Life Association?

      Best regards,

      M ********

      Hello,

Yes, it has been pushed. This is the reason it can take 10 business days. If you can send us the email you received to, [email protected], this would help us research and quicken the process.

Yes, this extends to Fidelity Life as well.

      Thank you,

      *********
