We hired Next Generation Landscaping, LLC to do mowing on our property. While moving our lawn one of his employees destroyed a retaining wall in our front yard. When it happened the owner sent a picture of the damage and said he would restore the wall. This happened June 2023. Since that time he has come up with one excuse after another. He doesn't contact us at all. We have to continually call him about the issue. About two weeks ago he sent someone out here. With bricks that don't match our wall. They put a few bricks up and haven't been back yet. It will soon be one year this month of June 2024. He keeps making promises and avoids us. We call and text him, and he doesn't respond. We are senior citizens and know that we are being taken advantage of. Thank you.
