      I signed up for Internet not knowing my apartment that I just moved into had Internet already provided. So I returned the equipment unopened to a ******** store where they told me they couldnt cancel the service and I still had to call but took the equipment. I called and canceled the service as instructed and told I was all set. I had also canceled within their 14 day time frame which is written all over their verbiage in order not to be charged. So I did what was asked of me. On July 19th I see a charge on my bank from ******** for seventy dollars. I called and they gave me a really hard time because I couldnt remember the last two digits of my passcode and was told I was gonna have to go to a store in order to speak about a refund. I asked him why I was charged at all since I canceled and he said because I signed up for auto pay that I was supposed to cancel autopay and take my card off file with them. Well with all due respect I thought I had did that when I canceled my account? He couldnt answer that question. ******** seems to keep your card on file and still charges you with auto pay even after you cancel your account with them which should be looked into in my opinion. At any rate since the transaction was pending with my bank he told me he couldnt process a refund and I had to call back. This whole experience has been a nightmare to be going back and forth and jumping through hoops when I did what I was supposed to do to get their equipment back to them and cancel my account. He assured me he took my card off file and off auto pay which isnt re assuring at all because I have never had a company that I have had an account with charge me and keep my card on file after I canceled with them. This is a very alarming business practice and Im sure Im not the first person this has happened too.

      In February of 2024 I signed up for a promotionI bought and phone and signed up with TMOBILE I would receive a gift card in 3 months. It is now July and I still dont have my card each time I call I get a different answer and each time they have to start a new claim for not sending it 3 months as promised it starts the process anther 3 months. I believe this is a scam to get you to buy and change carriers. Each time they mess up although I have served more than my 3 months time there no way they claim to have a quick fix I have to start over no sorry no credit nothing just the same thing over and over. Im done with TMOBILEI dont do liars.
