I purchased a 2019 Range Rover Sport HST in May 2022 from Land Rover **********************)/Bellevue Land Rover dealerships as a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle with ****** miles. I have since learned that at time of sale I was deceived and misled by Sales Manager *********************** to believe vehicle had a clean carfax and no prior accidents/damage. I recently learned that the vehicle had major repairs prior to me purchasing it (i.e. replaced rear tailgate) and was in an accident; all of which was concealed at time of sale. Additionally, prior to learning about the damage/accident, I've returned the vehicle to the dealership 11 different times from May 2022 to December 2023, 6 for the same repairs; all while I kept inquiring about why so many problems. The dealership made me wait from December 2023 till March 2024 to return vehicle for 7th time for the same repairs. The vehicle was at the dealership from March 12, 2024 to May 6, 2024, and when I picked up the vehicle the service representative referred to the vehicle as a vehicle that had been in an accident. The dealership sold me a vehicle that I would have never purchased had the true condition of the vehicle been properly disclosed. Furthermore, I paid a substantially higher sales price because at the time of sale I thought I was purchasing a reliable, luxury vehicle from a reputable dealership and I trusted ***** to act in good faith and to properly disclose the true condition of the vehicle. This is a deceitful business practice and I am requesting to remedy this matter.
