    May 15, 2024 Lexus of Bellevue Washington Salesperson: ******************************* Purchased: 2020 Lexus RX450H Numerous paperwork requiring numerous signatures. Sales Mgr discussed 8 additions for additional charges despite my refusal several times. Stated he was required to cover. When I arrived home, noticed ****************************** Fee for $200 which was never mentioned or discussed. . Stated THE DOCUMENTARY SERVICE FEE IS A NEGOTIABLE FEE. ******************* fees are not required by the state of **********. Phoned and spoke to Sales Mgr **** for clarification. Told it was charge for storing paperwork for 5 years. I asked it be returned since I was never given opportunity to discuss or negotiate. Stated in 9 yrs, it had never been negotiated. It would be unfair to their other customers if I were the only one *********************** had it returned now. He stated explicitly It has always been a NONNEGOTIABLE FEE. I said they should then remove the word NEGOTIABLE FEE from the contract. It fell on deaf ears. I tried several more times via email, phone and in person. He did not like the way our conversation was going in person and walked away from me. Salesperson present was witness to it. So I called and spoke to other Sales Mgr. ****, which also fell on deaf ears. Was told he would speak to **** and get back with me. Have not heard back from anyone. I would like the return of the $200 and the words IT IS A NEGOTIABLE FEE removed from the Sales Contract. Paid cash for car but money not transferred from Bank until next day. Told No problem. You can take car home tonight. Just fill out some paperwork we will HOLD in office and discard when cash arrives tomorrow. Was reassured HOLD. Bank verified transfer next day. I did not realize paperwork was for request for Credit Loan until week later when I received two letters from Lexus Financial informing me my Loan had been Declined. I was LIVID since I had been reassured paperwork would not go thru. Just HELD.

    Stay away! Lexus ****************** of Bellevue is dishonest, deceptive & has no general desire to be fair and problem solve for the customer. I bought My ********************************* there & a dashboard error appeared that disabled the **** & caused every light to blink; it would not stop. I took it to Lexus ************* the service liaison said the repairman said, "wires may have been chewed by rodents" as they saw a few droppings. No other real analysis given & overall placed the blame on me. They said they reset the error (whatever that means) and all was well. That cost almost $300. FF to months later in the snow it happens AGAIN and I lose traction control and **** super scary. I went to my mechanic as I sure didn't trust Lexus. He hooked it up to a diagnostic test, sent me a screenshot within minutes said it is your thermostat - 100% a warranty issue with the car. Lexus should not have charged you. I called Lexus & go back with the flashing dash, they said they'll run another test. They admit it IS warranty, do the repair or thermostat & when I said they owe me a refund from the first the Manger wouldn't because nothing showed up as an error to the 1st time. I said my mechanic knew it was broken & a warranty issue within minutes, you are supposed to be a reputable, capable service **** at Lexus. They refused, only gave a credit to Lexus. They wouldn't refund $100 for my mechanic. Last month the dash warning AGAIN! Only happens a few times then stops. I call Lexus reluctantly, explain it's not flashing now but I suspect it's the same thing thoroughly check. He says good news! The dashboard error is not the same as before, it was a CO2 sensor error. I ask did you replace the sensor? No, just reset it! I came to pick up the car they said I owed nothing on phone, but the $260 credit. I got a bill for over $400! It was over $700 for the ************** leaf cleaning. They should be banned from doing business, they are manipulative, blame the customer, and lie. Worst ever
