I took my 2004 Volvo to the Volvo Vehicle Service Department on 10/28/2021. I told the Service Advisor at Volvo that I was bringing the vehicle in concerning an issue where the battery was not staying charged. After looking at the vehicle, the Service Advisor, advised that I replace the Siren in the vehicle. I agreed to pay for the Siren to be replaced, the technician completed the work and I picked up my vehicle. However, just three days later, the same issue where the battery needed to be jump charged occurred. I called Volvo back to let the service department know what was going on. I took the Vehicle back in, and was told that a different, more expensive job (the Central Electrical Module) needed to be completed on the vehicle to remedy the issue. I declined to pay for the Central Electrical Module issue and asked for a refund for the Siren Labor and Parts since the issue I brought the vehicle in had not been addressed and I was not told about both issues that are contributing to the loss of battery power before I agreed to pay. A representative at Volvo, *** *** agreed, asked for my debit card number, and stated the refund would be posted to my account within a week's time. I have not received the refund from Volvo for this mis-diagnosis. I called serveral times to inquire about what happened to my refund. I have only gotten voicemail after voicemail. I would like to request assistance in obtaining my refund for this situation. Thank you, ****** ********.Customer response
