I recieved multiple phone calls from Summit Recovery Services stating that I have an outstanding balance for a loan from Mycashnow.com. The first phone call the person states I have a balance of $600, then on the 2nd phone call the person stated I have a balance of $1200. I requested a validation of debt letter and all information stating I owe them this said debt. They both hung up the phone and said "they will see me in court"Initial Complaint

i received a voice mail with telling me that this was the last attempt to contact me about a complaint they had received in their office. When i called the number that was left 470-481-2344 a lady answered and addressed me by name along with my SS number she started telling me that if i did not respond to the complaint it would be sent to my local courts when i asked what the complaint was about she said bank fraud and when i said what, with who, when she told me it was with My Cash now i told her i had no idea what that was and that i was going to pass her number onto my lawyer she hung up.Initial Complaint

I received a phone call today that didn't receive a transcript of my voice mail. The phone call stated it attempted to make an address update and would make one more attempt so I decided to call the number back. A female answered the phone and I told her that I wanted to know what the call was about and she said it was about an address update and they were wanting to serve me court papers for a debt I supposedly owed to their company. I don't owe anyone anything so I asked what was the company and she stated the companies name as My Cash Now and I owed them $3,757.50 and even asked if I was looking to settle with them. This is definitely a scam. She also read me back my full Social Security Number. I must have been leaked some how. She read to me an account number that I wasn't sure I wrote it down correctly so I asked her to repeat it. She wouldn't and claimed she had another call on hold and then hung up the phone. My sister received a phone call and v/m about a pay day loan with my cash now which I have never heard of nor taken any kind of payday loan out. They have creditors trying to collect over $2900 for a loan that never existed in my name, I never taken a loan out from this company ever before. When I told them this they hung up on me. I am concerned because they had information such as the last four digits of the SS# but not my phone number only my sisters. They have never contacted me prior to I have never heard of this company and never would I have taken a loan out. They did not verify, my address nor my email address but say I took out a payday loan. Very harassing and threatening. This is not even on my credit report.Initial Complaint

This business has been constantly calling a family member of mine about a debt on a payday loan that they have never taken out and are threatening legal action against them unless they pay over $500. After looking into them on this website it became clear that they were just attempting to scam this family member
