              In addition to your app needed some serious work - it is slow, cumbersome, and buggy - the buggy and especially slowness of it are sometimes unbearable. There are many other options out there that if these issues do not get fixed, I will be dropping service with you. In addition, falling under one of your buggy problems, I have many times submitted completely official and legit trails for them to get never published. On the flip side of that, there are quite a few of completely I would say unofficial, but just not even close to trails. Its as if a a 3 year old was just drawing lines on an etch a sketch. I've tried to alert your team to this, but they have not been rectified in either case. I plant to drop this service if these problems are not taken care of and possibly take further action.
