I have lived here since 2018. Great neighborhood, friendly neighbors and a great setting. Any issues I had with the construction have been addressed except one. I would recommend this development especially if you have kids...very family oriented

I had the pleasure of working with ************************* as the buyer agent for a client of mine recently closed on a beautiful home in their new community in ***** ******. It was one of the smoothest transactions I had by far. Everything was professional from start to finish. The quality of the home, appliances, finishes, features/upgrades were top notch! My client is very satisfied with the new home and we're happy that they have more lots being built to bring our friends and family to hopefully buy one there as well!

As a local real estate agent, I recently had the privilege of helping host a couple of open houses for Conner Homes, what an amazing experience it was! Upon my arrival to the community, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness, especially given the fact that theyre still finishing the buildout. Over the weekend I experienced neighborhood friends sharing stories about how positive their experiences were throughout their home buying process with the Conner Homes sales team. Also, there was a family hosting a new home housewarming warming party that came to visit with me to share and show the Conner Homes quality craftsmanship to their friends and family. As a seasoned real estate professional, it's evident to see Conner Homes truly delivers a level of excellence above most in our industry. From the stunning thoughtfully planned out community streetscape with their attractive elevation styles showcasing beautiful paint colors, to the floor plans designed for all lifestyles in mind incorporating timeless, sophisticated designer features throughout the home all exquisitely executed, I was so proud to represent Conner Homes for the weekend and would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new home visit Conner Homes.

One of the worst homes Ive ever owned and that includes investment properties. Everything was broken or damaged upon move in (broken and/or crooked kitchen cabinets, lighting, stained carpets, uneven flooring, poor wood flooring that splintered and cut my foot, bathtub stains, poorly installed bathroom fixtures, etc.) On top of that, I am pretty sure my (other) foot (feel cursed living in this home) is broken because they installed the built in / slide out trash bin cabinet in the kitchen with 1/4 inch screws that didnt have any plastic anchors in place so it flew out recently and landed on my foot causing blood to spurt everywhere, they also installed mismatched wood trim and wood flooring and tried to redo it by hiring a handyman (not a professional or expert in this) and it was so poorly done with broken nails everywhere. It was never ending issues since day one. Now the ceilings are cracking in ways I havent even seen even in a 10 year home. ****** themselves even admitted to all these issues being concerning but at the end of the day more issues are just building up more headaches for me. They are NOT a quality builder and charging over $1M for a house that is so sloppily put together is truly terrifying for a homeowner. They also didnt reveal or share transparently up front that these new homes are using another countys sewage treatment facility so I received a surprise bill of $14,500 that needs to be paid off within 15 years. Nowhere in their preferred lenders loan app did they include this, nowhere in their utilities provider sheet either. It was a buried one sentence line in the contract that said you might have to pay this fee. Such shady business practice.
