Orca Roofing was incredibly professional and easy to work with every step of the process. The quote meeting was thorough and offered options, the actual quote was detailed and listed all of the potential extra costs. Scheduling was easy, the on-site team worked fast and efficiently, someone came to do a clean up after, and *** was available all day to answer questions and address concerns. We had a small issue with one area of clean up, which **** addressed quickly and well. After completion, **** called to be sure I was satisfied. Could not be happier with the experience of working with ****!

**** under promised and over delivered every step on the way, i wish we needed a roof more often then every 10 years so we could use them again sooner. The whole experience was an absolute dream. We talked to 7 roofing companies and ORCA was far and away the best option all aspects of service. I will be suggesting ORCA to everyone I know that has any kind of roof needs in the ******* area. Our Home Roof was nearing the end of its life. I wanted to be proactive and start the search for a good roofer who can provide a quality work with Reroofing with proper communication and details.After meeting with **** and talking to him, felt this was the right company to do the job. **** was very patient and listened to all the questions I had and answered all of them to my satisfaction. He provided a reasonable quote with all the details.After I signed the contract, they set a schedule based on my input and stuck to it. *** the project coordinator was was very responsive for any issues and kept me updated with the process and how the work would proceed. The crew ( ****** and his mate) came on time everyday and worked very diligently to replace the roof with all the items they had mentioned in the contract. Everyday after work they cleaned up the surroundings to leave the area clean.I am very pleased with Orca Roofing and would rate them with 5 stars for the work well done with quality materials and reasonable cost.

Subsequently, I wanted to place my review on this site rather than other social media sites.I trust that you may be reading this review as a potential customer, conducting your due diligence.Most likely, you have already done a fair amount of investigation. I can state that once I entered into the proposal process with ORCA Roofing, I knew I was on to a credible organization. I had received one proposal prior to seeking ****'s bid and after my initial contact with ****, I stopped looking for anyone else. **** had all of their t's crossed and their i's dotted. It was all up front for me to see. I had no hesitation to conduct my business with ****. Total confidence.I asked a lot of questions and **** and *** spent as much time as necessary to walk me through the answers. I was also able to visit the Roofing Material Manufacturers Web Site for some additional study and education on my part. All of the information matched and was included in the written proposal. I watched the installation process as it progressed and all was handled according to the Manufacturers process and quality of material used. **** workers pass installation accreditation from the Manufacturer for the purpose of warranty coverage. Additionally, I had a few extra detail requests that were properly communicated to the installers and completed during the installation.There have been a lot of compliments as well as inquires as to the company that completed the work from the neighbors and friends of mine.I had a 100% great experience with the **** team and the end product is totally acceptable. Quality and quality control is important to ****. You will not be a small fish in a large pond. The **** Team will pay the due respect to you as their customer.

I am an engineer and did a ton of research on roofing systems and the best installations process. Most roofers sell you, but the installation crew does a poor job. Roofers can cut corners to save time and money. Orca Roofing is different.**** and his Orca Roofing team are amazing, they truly build quality roofs vs a quick roof. ********* ******* was awesome to work with and has over 18 years of experience installing Roofs.Great communication, honesty, integrity, and easy person to work with. I went with a smaller company that had less then three crews where the owner cares and pays attention to customers.They do it the right way including metal flashings, nails, skylights, ice and water shield, underlayment's, ventilations, hips, ridges, metal vents and CDX plywood. I watched the whole process and took notes and made sure they installed it to spec. I was amazed the quality and time they took to do it correctly.I then hired an independent roofing inspector to review the workmanship. He said in his years of inspecting roofs this is one of the few who had ZERO problems.Roofs are a large investment and I recommend somebody who can do it the correct way the first time around. Because they are small and focus on quality, they do seem to have a wait time but well worth it.I wanted ***** Corning vs CertainTeed but that is a personal choice.I highly recommend you get a quote from Orca Roofing.
