Account ID: ******* Name: ************************** Case Number: ******* I contacted Accessline/ Intermedia by phone to cancel voicemail and faxing service in late August, 2022. I was told that the account would be cancelled at the next billing cycle. Instead, I continued to be charged $11.93 per month to a credit card that I rarely use. I noticed the charges last month and contacted Accessline for a refund.They can see from my account that I called them and that the "special department" that should have cancelled the account did not do so. Yet, they have not issued a refund for the 10 months or so of charges for services that were not used after cancellation.Accessline can see that the services have not been used for nearly a full year, yet they will not process a refund after the error of not cancelling my account.I am requesting a refund of $119.30 for 10 months of unused service and because the account was not cancelled as promised.Sincerely,***************************
