      Date of Service 5/24/23 Date of Dispute 5/30/23 Amount Paid: ****** Committed to fix air conditioning Dispute: Air conditioning worked for approx. less than 24hr before breaking again. I had to wait till the 30th because of the long weekend for it to re open. When I brought the car back to ask them to refund my money because the service they provided was inaccurate they said they would not refund me, she said they would fix the issue but I would have to pay them to fix it. When I picked up my car on 5/24/23 they said they did an AC performance test and that if they found anything that needed to be replaced they would call and ask permission. I did not receive a phone call until my car was done. I went to pick it up and they said that a valve needed to be changed but they would need to preform the same service they just provided me with to replace the valve. Charging me twice for the same service that should have been done once. I ask them why they didn't call to ask me about the valve because I would have had them fix it and they shrugged. I said this seems like a scam , they shrugged again. 24 hours later my AC was broken and I went to another repair shop. The valve they claimed to need to be replaced for 800.- was not even broken. The new repair shopped fixed my car right up and said that the Unlimited Services had scammed me.

      The customer brought her 2010 CRV into our shop on May 24, 2023.  Her complaint was that the air conditioning system was not blowing cold.  We connected the system to a machine that evacuates the freon and tests for leaks in the system.  This must be done to prevent the Freon from being released into the atmosphere.  We informed the customer of the cost of the test.  During this evaluation, we determined that the compressor was coming on and going off appropriately and that no leaks were detected in the system at that time.  We created an estimate for the customer to replace an expansion valve in the ** system as that was a likely cause of the loss of freon over time if the system did not show a large leak present.  We left a message on the customer's voice mail asking how she would like to proceed given the cost of replacing the expansion valve at $875.  At that time, the technician put some freon back into the system and found the ** was blowing cold.  No repair was made at this time and, when the technician tested the ** system again, the air was blowing cold.   The customer did not return our call but came at the end of the day to pick up the vehicle. At that time, the ** was working and she was informed of the estimate and provided a copy. She returned to the facility on Monday and demanded a refund for the cost of the testing because the ** system stopped working over the weekend.  We attempted to discuss with her the estimate and offered to retest the ** system.  She replied that she did not trust or facility and refused to schedule or leave the vehicle for additional testing or the recommended repair. She continued to demand a refund for the testing.  The customer did not provide our facility with a workable situation and did not reschedule as was offered to return and recheck the services provided.  The system was tested and freon was added to her ** system in an attempt to resolve her concerns regarding her air conditioning system. We have very qualified technicians and stand behind our work.  An attempt was made to work with this customer for a positive outcome.  At this time, she would not be welcomed back to our facility.   For these reasons, we feel the complaint to the Better Business Bureau is unfounded.

      The company has not resolved the issue. I would like them to be listed as a place that scams people. I hope no one else gets scammed from this business. I am still waiting to hear back from the in response and I would like a full refund. How should we proceed?
