I purchased a 2011 Audi A4 from The Autohaus of Bellingham that was advertised as a Prestige model. Since taking possession of the vehicle I have come to find the vehicle is not what was advertised. I left a negative review on the businesses ******** page and the responses to my complaint have been argumentative, belittling and mocking.Attached is the original advertisement on their website. The title clearly states that the vehicle is a 2011 Audi A4 Prestige. This trim level is the highest priced and includes all the options such as Navigation, Backup camera, rear sensors etc... When I got to the dealership I found these options were missing but the big one to me was there was no backup camera and was told by the dealership there was a period of time during production where Audi did not have cameras available to install. I believed them and negotiated a small discount for me to install my own camera. However, after taking the car home I reached out to Audi ****** to get a build sheet for the car (attached) which show the car is a Base Premium Plus trim and not the Prestige.At the time of sale, I was also told by the dealership that the financing bank would be sending paperwork that when I signed up for automatic payments would lower my interest rate a small amount. When my paperwork arrived, the bank had no knowledge of this. I reached out to WECU (email attached) and was told this is not something they offer. They also stated they never received any documentation from the dealer saying it was a prestige and everything they got was for a premium. I was told I overpaid based on the advertised Prestige compared to the actual Premium Plus. WECU reached out to the dealer to try and get a vehicle buy back or pricing adjustment based on this info and the dealership was unwilling to offer any concessions.Attached are a few of the responses from the dealer to my negative review To top it off the within 3k miles the vehicle has several mechanical issues now.
