I bought some of truffoire products along with the JUPITER and I was told to send a Pic before I started using that machine along with their vitamin c serum then take a 2nd Pic after 1 mo of use plus call my consultant and he would go over showing and explaining how to use and when to use all I bought, well I've called him, I've texted him and no response which I found odd cause he answered me on the beginning! So after no response from him I started emailing the company and still after 1wk I've not heard a thing back from anyone!! So far this is my only complaint with this company, no one answers emails phone calls and text messages. They pull you in get you all excited thinking yrs I've found a good company that cares about who they sell to and what they say to get you to buy! They are worse then used car salesman at least that's how I'm seeing them! I'm so upset with the counsoultaint and more so with the company for not emailing me back on my concerns and I don't know what to do or who to turn to for help so that's why I'm making a complaint so others might read it and know that if they buy don't expect help after you walk out the store or if you bought on line you can still not count on any help from anyone rather they tell you they'll be there for you or not tell you they'll be they're for help, just know you might get 1 time of help but when your told to get intouch with them for help they'll help you all the way thru till you learn what and how to use whatever you bought they won't be there for you and like with me I bought the eye serum in a syringe and I bought other products along with their very expensive JUPITER they aren't there for you only thing they did for me was replace my JUPITER cause it wasn't holding a charge and now after 4wks of using the eye syringe it's empty and I only use it once per day as I was told to do and your to use a pea size of it well I used less only because I'm a tiny person and didnuse that much, I just want it replaced!
