Hired True Green Lawn Service to care for my yard (treat the weeds, lime, fertilizer, aerate and reseed). They have come only twice - both times they came with the wrong product and had to return at a later date. I was told that the weed treatment would work and they would come back if not. I've called multiple times and they refuse to let me speak with a supervisor. (Called on 5/15/24, 5/16/24 (x2); 5/17/24, 5/20/24, 6/19/24 (x3) and again 6/20/24. Today they sent another technician who stated he was here to fertilize (per the conversations yesterday it was supposed to be weed treatment). They have NEVER come out to do the proper treatments as discussed.Business response

You have the wrong company. My company is true Green lawn service in **********, **********. We do not travel outside of **************. You were looking for Tru-Green a nationwide company that does spray work. I have never had a legitimate claim, but these guys have them daily and everybody seems to think they belong to me I am not affiliated with them in anyway if I had Iknown back in the day I would not name my company similar good luck sorry. On 19 March I paid for service from TrueGreen. We quickly realized that we were suppose to be getting service with Virginia Green. I paid the full price for annual service of almost $1300. I canceled the service within 30 minutes of the order. The attendant told me that I have to sit through a ******************************************** about their business. I had to drop off the call numerous time before i was able to complete the 20 minute exit survey only to be told that my account could be canceled in 7-10 days. I asked for all my information to be deleted and refunded. I have been receiving daily emails on TrueGreen service and still no refund. I would like assistance for a refund. This is a bad business practice and i feel that im being held hostage on the account that i paid upfront. I would never recommend this business to any service members or retirees.Business response

You have the wrong company. My company is true green lawn service Inc. out of **********, **********. We are not affiliated with any other true green We do not leave the local Whatcom county area in ****************. I get this very often from a similar company a big corporate Trugreen spray company. Im assuming thats who youre trying to get a hold of Good luck. Sorry for the confusion.Business response

If you check and notice this complaint looks a lot like every complaint Ive ever had, and all of them were dealt with all of them were not my company every time. is there a possible way or we can somehow separate my company from the company or companies that always have complaints as I never do these things do take a bunch of my timeInitial Complaint

The company has been treating my grass for about 4 years now whit a problem every time.This is the only company I have been able to find in ** that will treat the type of grass we have. The issues have not been to bad, missing appointments, not completing full yard services etc. Now they have sent out a tech that has applied the wrong chemical to the yard and it is dying.A tech was out yesterday,Aug 3 an d seen the dead grass promised I would hear form his manager within 24hr and he would come look at the yard. No one can help me now because the tech filled out the paper work like he treaded the yard !!!Business response

You have the wrong company. My company sounds like a corporate Tru Green, which is nationwide. I am a small landscape maintenance company in ********** **********. We do not do work out of state. Sorry for the confusion I get a lot of these.Initial Complaint

These people have been calling my phone for years now about bill due and automated calls. I live in an apartment. I've called several times telling them they have the wrong number and to remove me from their list. *** spoken to several supervisors who said they've fixed it and I won't receive anymore calls. Needless to say, I got two calls last week!Business response

This is not my company. My company is called true green lawn Service all spelled correctly youre looking for Tru Green, a national lawn spray company I do not have their number but I get constant complaints from them. I only work in ********** **********, and do not do spray work.

In July of 2021, True Green contacted me for the add-on service to aerate and seed the lawn in the fall. The representative assured me that the service would be scheduled in September or October 2021. We went on vacation the first week of August 2021, and received a text message that the aeration and seeding is done. I had our house sitter observe the lawn, and there was no evidence of the service being completed. I contacted True Green after vacation in August 2021. They said they would reschedule the service. When November arrived, I asked for a refund. When they refused, I ended my relationship with the company. I asked that they never contact me again and close my account. They assured me that my account is closed. August 2022, True Green contacts me via email and voicemail that they are coming to my house for aeration and seeding. I thought this was a "make up" service, so I did not contact the company. They completed the service on 8/26/22 - I observed the lawn and it was done (but not done well - that did not matter to me at the time). They did leave my fence wide open in the backyard. Today, 8/27/22, True Green tries to charge my credit card for the service. Now, I am angry. I want NO additional charges, and I want to sever my relationship completely with this company. I want no contact with this company ever again. I have already hired a different company for my lawn care. Please help?Business response

I hired Trugreen for lawn service to prevent weeds and to keep my lawn healthy. For the last month or more Ive been trying to get service and treatment. I have been getting the runaround from the local office theyve been sending someone out but they have not been treating my lawn and theres no way to get in touch with corporate or anyone of any higher position to remedy this situation. My lawn has turned into 90% weeds and getting worse they continue to say theyre going to come out to do the service and then they come out and refused to do the service because of heat. Then I talked to supervisors twice they said they would come out to do the service if I signed a piece of paper and now twice they said they were going to come out with that paper and then never showed up never called and no service has been done this has been going on for over a month. There is no Avenue to get in touch with anyone in the corporate office or anyone in authority to remedy this situation. Trugreen is not acting professionally and does not have any concern about the customer or their lawn. By not allowing customers to reach people in higher position to remedy the situation the customer is ignored and frustrated without any way of Remini the poor service or non-service. Trugreen has not acted professionally and has not shown any concern for customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Trugreen should have a ******************* against them for treating their customers this way. They should have numbers to call for these reasons that the customer could get through to someone that can make a difference and fix the issues. Thank you for your time and hopefully something will be done about this company in the near future.Business response

I hired True Green to take care of my lawn about 4 months ago. On June 24 when they were scheduled, I noticed through my cameras he did not treat my lawn in the backyard but claimed he did. I have timestamps from the cameras that he arrived at 4:01 and at 4:04 he put the completed paperwork at my front door. I called and informed **** what happened and I would like to speak to a manager. They said a manager would call me. I was rescheduled for service for June 28. I took the day off of work. I was cooking in my kitchen. I got a text message at 3:23 that he arrived then I received another text message at 3:24 that the job was completed. Impossible. I called to inform them of this and asked to speak to a manager. They said someone would call me. I rescheduled for service for June 30. No one showed up today. Nor have I received a phone call from a manager.Business response
