            This company replaced my roof a few years ago. I have had multiple problems with a skylight in a bathroom. I have tried to get them to fix it for the past two months. I have called repeatedly, left messages, been told someone would come out. On 2-10-24 **** was supposed to fix it at 10 am. He no showed, no called. I called the company again and left another message. I have told them I am concerned about this leak because mold is growing on the walls. All I want from them is to fix this skylight again. I dont know what else to do. Their website states a ten year warranty on labor. I feel like they are ignoring me and it is causing damage to my home.

            I am ************************************************************************************ upside down. I have a chicken run that was built back in the 20s with old growth fir. The chicken run has a roof that spans 48 feet. I wanted to preserve the run and I called around too many roofing contractors and all the contractors said that I could not afford them. I called RVM roofing they came and gave me an estimate and worked with ****** solar to install the metal roof and the solar panels for the chicken run. RVM and ****** solar worked very well together allowing me to have 385 ***** of solar. The 385 ***** is supplied by 24 panels. The way the roofing company ( Rvm ) installed the roof allowed ****** solar to come in and install the panels in less than a day. We were truly fortunate in Whatcom County to have a roofing company and a solar company of this caliber. I would recommend both.The roofing company (RVM) since installing the roof on the chicken run has completed 6 roofing projects for me with no hassle at all. **** comes in with his notepad sketches a schematic gives you an estimate comes in and stalls the roof. It is a hassle-free company.I called the roofing company again to install a roof and wrap a tiny home with metal roofing. This is a low-income project and the roofing company understanding the situation and the installation cost was very fair.Sincerely *****************************
