In August 2023 I had a consultation with Dr. * from Resilience. There was a $87 charge, which I paid under the assumption I would get some medical help. She presented a slide show of what the clinic offers. At the end, she said they could put me on a 6 month program for $7000. I declined as I do not have the finances. I feel like I should have receive something for the $87 fee. They could have told me upfront their program costs and saved me $87 and their time. I am on disability and dont have extra money to spend on nothing. I did speak to a lady from that office, who said they would not refund my money. I did not feel she heard what I was saying, and she reiterated some statement about what they offered.
