As a vendor, I usually don't offer too many reviews, but I had to jump on and offer some behind the scenes experience working with Hillary as it is always a delight working with her. As a real estate photographer, she makes my job so much easier and all around stress-free for not only myself but also her clients. Well before I even show up, Hillary has gone to the home and has done a thorough walk through with her sellers letting them know how to get ready for photographs. Whether it's decluttering a room, or staging, she has an eye for what is appealing and it really shows. Not only that, Hillary is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and move an entire room behind the lens to capture an angle that time didn't allow cleaning for :) We both know there are times sellers don't have time to declutter and must get on the market quickly, she is still right there for you moving things around so we can continue. Furthermore, after she does a walk through she also gives a checklist as a reminder as she understands how overwhelming it can get. While on a shoot, I've noticed how attentive, knowledgeable, and confident she is. She does not go into a listing without already doing her homework and you can definitely tell when she interacts with her sellers. Hillary is an amazing real estate agent, but she's also an amazing, genuine person who I am very grateful to have met over 2 years ago. Hillary, you have a heart of gold, and it will always be my pleasure to be able to work with you and your sellers.
