On 7-26-2019 I hired Topside Roofing of ********** to replace my flat roof over my 792 sq. ft. garage. They gave me a price and they started work tearing off my old roof. They covered the deck with Everguard TPO. I explained to the ******* that I couldn't have any leaks because I have several expensive cars in this garage. He assured me that wouldn't happen. ***, he manager gave me his personal phone to keep in contact with him. They finished the job. I explained that next I would be putting a 2x4 treated deck on top of their roof with fiber decking material. When I finished with the deck I later I noticed a leak coming from a post in the garage. *** told me that I would have to take my deck off in order for them to fix the problem. I told them I paid to lay down this deck and that I would have to pay to do this again. I removed the deck and called them to fix the problem. They found a little hole and patched it. I installed the deck again. It was good for a while, then it started to leak. They came out again, and said to take the deck off again. I explained this is costing me every time I take the deck off. New fasteners -$80.00 a box X three. This happened several times again. I called them again, they would not return my calls, so I went to their business and they said we were just going to call you. This was a lie. The last time I went to talk to them about this they told me they couldn't help me any more because I should run my boards a different direction. This wouldn't change a thing. And what would this do to the fact that my garage is still leaking? FACT- My garage is still leaking, has been going on for 3 years. I paid them $7000.00 dollars to install a roof that is still leaking. It NEVER leaked before they came! I would like my money BACK!!!!!!
