October 12,2022 I went to this *** STORE in ********************************* as I received an email telling me my package was ready for pick up. The UPS STORE in ****** **., told me the package wasnt there and I showed them the email stating the package was delivered there and received by *******. They said no one by that name worked there and to contact ***. I called ***.com and they verified the package was delivered to that location and said they would start an investigation. So far I have received no email from *** to begin investigation. The shipper was NESPRESSO containing pods of coffee.Business response

On October 20, 2022 I called *************************** in regards to this complaint to get the tracking number and be able to locate the package. Upon calling her, she notified me that she did pick up the package from our location. The package arrived to us on Oct. 11 and she came in on Oct.12 and was told the package was not here. When she came back on the 17th the package was released to her. During the call she stated that she had signed for the package on a paper and it was released to her. After ending the call I went to look at our signed out list to see if I could get more information. The issue came from the fact that it was not addressed to ******* but had come in the name of ********. If you need any further information please let us know.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However I would like to add that on October 11, 2022 the ups store employee read the email on my phone as he was holding it and saw the name ***************************** and still insisted the package was there. I feel it was an unprofessional handling of the matter and had BBB not contacted them, I would NOT have received an email a week later that my package was there all along. I will NOT refer this business to anyone and will not send or receive any of my packages at that location EVER Alsi , the person who contacted me was named a phonetic *******.
