I purchased a frozen waffle produced by the business within the past month. I found a hair embedded in the waffle and complained to the company. I stated in my complaint that I wanted a refund for the product instead of coupons because I am disgusted with the fact I found a hair in their product. After several email exchanges, they refused to provide a refund.Business response

Our product quality guarantee for our consumers does not include refunds where we are not the point of purchase. For consumers who have purchased our products through a retailer, we provide a manufacturer's coupon of the value of their purchase so that they may get a Nature's Path replacement product of the same value.
An offer of coupons was provided to this consumer as well as a detailed quality assurance report following the investigation of the concern and the consumer responded with abusive language. We have ceased communications with this consumer due to violations of our abuse-free work space policies. Abusive language will not be tolerated in our work space.

Hello,
I just barely got the last two messages regarding my issue. I saw that the response from the business did not resolve my issue. When I originally complained to them, I explicitly told them I was not interested in coupons because I don't want any more of their contaminated products. They ignored my message and refused to provide a refund. Can the BBB actually do anything to get my refund or are they just going to reiterate the business s******* me over?

I am rejecting this response because:They did not provide the refund I requested. I explicitly told them coupons for more of their product with hair baked in was disgusting and unsatisfactory. I don't care what their policy is, they can send out a refund.

Within the last 2 weeks I have purchased 3 boxes of Sunrise Crunchy Maple cereal with holes in the plastic bag from Metro Market in *************, **, and from Woodmans East *******. At this point I am convinced that every bag of this cereal at both of these locations is damaged and needs to be disposed of. In all 3 instances so far the cardboard box appears perfectly intact with no damage, but the bag inside is covered in scratches with multiple holes so it must be discarded. It is clear that the holes have been there for quite some time because the cereal has formed into a solid brick from going stale.Business response

So what I think happened was they got new ingredients at a higher prices. And needed to raise prices. And instead of just losing on a few orders. Chose to try and freeze out customers to cancel orders to save money. I ordered on September 24 2022. Was contacted and told their might be a delay and I could cancel it or change out the product. Had to contact them a week later I didn't check the pricing of it in between this. Didn't matter because you know, I already ordered it. But I have a receipt at a total of $55.54 or **** a bag for 6 bags of their cereal. And now the same thing is $73.26 or ***** a bag. They seem really happy to give me a refund. But have not mentioned a date one time as to when this back order might ship. And it is now November 4th.
