In mid-July I called the ****** of **** Pro because I was having a mold problem in my swim spa. A week later, on a Monday, an employee came to my house, took my check for $245, and measured the area to be treated. She said that the "owner" would call me in a couple of days to let me know the price to complete the job. As I did not hear from anyone during the week, I called on Friday. The employee I spoke to said that they had been very busy with emergencies and that the "owner" would call me back next week.I called three times in August and received different answers from employees who answered the phone. One said that there had been quite a bit of sickness; another said the "owner" was not available; and a third said the ****** was in confusion. All of them said that someone would call me back. No one ever did.On August 26 I received a call on my answering machine. The employee said that "***" had completed my service and asked if I was satisfied. I called back the next day and said that no-one had been at my house and that I had not received any service. After apologizing profusely and consulting a "manger" she said someone would call me back next week. No one called me back.On Friday, Sept 10, I called and asked to speak to the "owner". The employee put me on hold for several minutes and when she came back on the line said she was the only one in the ******. I left my name and phone number and asked to have the "owner" call me back. No one ever did.I attempted to contact **** Pro "owners" in writing at the **** box number and service address listed. I did not receive a response. I would like have my $245 refunded as I have not received any service and will not have this organization do any work at my house!
