At first they were great,that is until I tried closing out my storage.for 2 months now they have not let me finish taking m y stuff out without paying the full month's rent,which is ****** a month that is why I was taking it out .I have most of it done but have about an hours worth of moving to finish and to clean out. I have tried twice now on the first to do just that and pay off what I originally owed but the guy says no I have to also pay the coming months rent in full also and won't even pro rate it for just a couple of hours I have to pay it in full ,I would of been out already if he would give me the couple hours to finish. And I think it is wrong he keeps adding a months rent for tops 2hrs time on the first of month.i even went with a usual this last time so it would b e quick and done and he still wouldn't let me in.i would of had it out if he would of given me the couple e of hrs at the 1st of May ,but he just keeps adding another month to pay .that is so wrong I could of ******** full the first month ,but now can't afford it as I am on a fixed income.i want the rest of my stuff and d[nt think I should have to pay for the months he wouldn't let me in to finish removing it I asked for the owners no, and name and he refused to give it to me. So now what do I do? They are in no way willing to work with me,better yet do the right thing and give me my stuff
