Date of the transaction was March 9, 2022 I paid $204.97 I ordered an air purifier. I sent back the item due to no longer needing it. I was refunded $184.97. I contacted the business owner about being cut short $20 and he stated that "when the return reason is other than dissatisfaction with product performance we recoup shipping expenses." This was not stated in the return policy. There's also nothing stated about a restocking fee. He refused to fully refund me. I paid $26.00 to have the product returned. Had the return policy stated that the cost of shipping for sending the product to me would be deducted from my total refund or that there is a restocking fee then I wouldn't be making a complaint. The order number is #****.I will include a picture I took yesterday of the return policy. It has since changed to include that there's a nominal restocking fee. This was never in the policy before I complained about it.
